He is the head coach of the Fitness Love ATL team. Having been involved in sports his entire life, he tries to inspire all with a “Party never stops!” attitude & says this often during class. When offered up an excuse by members during class, he is quick to remind them that “sexy doesn’t care” which usually helps the reality of the situation come back into play in a comedic fashion. He love all the time & dedicates his time & energy to teammates to prove it!


Torrie instructs the following:
  • SPORT BOX
  • KICKBOXING MIXED WITH HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING.

  • SPRINT/WEIGHT INTERVALS
  • Performance lifting & cardio combo.  Give maximum effort in short bursts, short recovery followed by a maximum effort again.

  • TOTAL BODY BOOTCAMP
  • PREPARE FOR THE UNEXPECTED!  THIS CLASS WILL INCLUDE CARDIO/STRENGTH TRAINING USING YOUR BODY AS WELL AS WEIGHTS. 
     

  • MASS CLASS CHEST N TRICEPS
  • THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED TO BUILD LEAN MUSCLE & MAXIMIZE STRENGTH GAINS.  THIS WILL BE OFFERED TO GUYS ONLY.

  • PERFORMANCE LIFTING
  • THIS CLASS WILL INCLUDE AN EXTENSIVE WARM UP PERIOD SO THAT YOU CAN PERFORM COMPLEX LIFTS TO ELEVATE YOUR FITNESS & CONDITIONING. THE #1 FAT LOSS CLASS WE OFFER!


  • TREAD & SHRED
  • Shock your body into its sexiest version with a combination of interval sprints on the treadmill and high rep, light weight, strength training. Guaranteed to burn calories! 

  • BODYWEIGHT PERFORMANCE
  • AFTER A GREAT WARM UP, YOUR SPEED & MOVEMENT WILL BE PUT TO THE TEST USING MANY OF OUR FITNESS TOYS AS WELL AS SOME NEW ONES.  THIS CLASS WILL END W/ A 12-MINUTE STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY SESSION.

  • RUN CAMP
  • This class is specifically designed for those individuals who are looking to build their endurance future. This class is 60 minutes in length & it includes a post run stretch. 
     
    Torrie will give you a running route based on your current fitness level.
