  • THIS CLASS WILL INCLUDE AN EXTENSIVE WARM UP PERIOD SO THAT YOU CAN PERFORM COMPLEX LIFTS TO ELEVATE YOUR FITNESS & CONDITIONING. 

  • JCK-SPRINT/BOX
  • Sprint/Box combines the calorie burn and heart rate spikes of both kickboxing and sprints. The class is designed to burn up to 600-1000 calories for some but will be a great burn for all. For this class you will need kickboxing gloves.

  • JCK-SPRINT INTERVAL WEIGHT TRAINING
  • Performance lifting & cardio combo. Give maximum effort in short bursts, short recovery followed by a maximum effort again.
